I received an interview invitation and confirmed the time with HR. As a result, I spent time traveling there and filling out useless basic information, such as work achievements and other nonsense. The expected salary of 35k was clearly stated above (the posting on 104 listed 25–35k). After I had completed everything, HR directly informed me that they always calculate from the lowest figure, with at most a slight adjustment after an interview with the department manager. In the end, I was told that the department manager was in a meeting.
Please—your company was the one that invited me, and you set the salary range. I did not apply for the position myself, and the time was confirmed by both parties over the phone. Please do not waste the interviewee’s time or each other’s time.
The bald security guard had a terrible attitude.
Conclusion: A completely zero-point interview experience
