They called to invite me to an interview, then sent a text message asking me to call back to arrange the interview time. The interview was held in an office on the second floor, and the environment did not look very clean. The interviewer said they hoped to start with a trial period at an hourly wage of NT$160 and that meals would be provided. They would not enroll me in labor and health insurance at first, only doing so after ten days. It was becoming a bit difficult to listen to. Then, when I asked about the salary after the trial period, they did not mention it at all. Needless to say, they did not mention any other benefits either.
There are only two administrative staff members: one supervisor and one subordinate. The duties include fire safety, ordering boxed lunches, dormitory management, and purchasing. Not enrolling employees in labor and health insurance immediately upon starting work is illegal.
