Colleagues are easy to get along with, and the environment is okay, without pressure.
Operators still receive overtime pay (everyone is expected to cooperate with overtime work).
It is very inconvenient that toilet paper is not provided for common use.
Only meals are provided; there is no option for a meal allowance.
Everything is slow—tools, consumables, and administrative matters are all handled sluggishly.
The lunch and break times are blocked off by 15 minutes, and the 15-minute overtime meal break is very rushed.
(If there is overtime, an additional hour and a half is blocked off.)
