Pros
Male applicants for any position are required to complete an on-site internship. When you will actually perform work related to the position you applied for depends on when the boss decides.
The evaluation criteria for the on-site internship are not clearly defined or communicated. The salary discussed during the interview will not be the same as the salary you receive. Regardless of your salary, labor and health insurance are always provided at the minimum insured amount.
