Pros
Most of my colleagues are very nice.
Cons
They believe employees are expected to work overtime. They will even prevent you from leaving on time. Ideally, you should just keep your mouth shut and keep doing what you're told. It is also a company that values seniority over ability, and the management is difficult to describe.
