Friendly colleagues
Communicating with the boss’s wife can help develop your EQ
1. No overtime pay. Although this was mentioned during the interview, I didn’t expect that we would work overtime almost every day. Once the workday is over, no one leaves on time.
2. There is no clock-in system. It is presented as flexible working hours, but in reality, you still cannot be late (although you can leave late—there is no overtime pay anyway).
3. The boss’s wife has a terrible personality. She likes prying into people’s privacy and then says that she has to know everything. When speaking with her, she often deliberately pauses without answering you, including when you ask her questions. She also believes you should know things that she has not told you, yet she cannot remember many things herself—even employees’ monthly salaries. She secretly badmouths you to other employees.
4. There are many unspoken rules, but they are not explained to new employees. They wait until you make a mistake and then scold you.
5. High turnover.
6. There are problems with the salary calculations. In addition, the base salary is very low, with the rest made up of regular allowances, apparently to reduce labor insurance premiums.
7. The web design department has very few people; after I left, there was only one person left. Basically, no one hands over the work to you, so you have to figure it out yourself.
