Pros: Sorry, there are none.
There is no system, and the work allocation is a complete mess. What you interview for has absolutely nothing to do with the actual job responsibilities.
Two people end up duplicating the same work, so whose results are we supposed to use?
It wastes everyone’s time. After seven years, the company has only three employees. The pay isn’t great either, and they provide absolutely no guidance.
You can tell whether a company has a future just by looking at its office.
It has nothing you need. If you’re going to cut costs this much, you might as well rent a studio instead. Pathetic.
