Pros
1. The boss often brings hot pot to the company for the employees to eat.
2. The boss just stays in the office smoking.
3. The boss's wife likes to joke around with everyone.
4. The boss really likes hearing everyone's ideas.
Cons
1. One time, the hot pot the boss brought back was something he had eaten the day before :D
2. The smell of smoke drifts out of the office :D
3. The boss's wife makes jokes about docking our pay :D
4. After hearing everyone's ideas, the boss starts correcting them :D
