Absolutely no advantages.
Coworkers love passing off their work, and other departments will keep pushing their work onto you as well. The boss likes to delay salaries and acts as if it were perfectly normal, then lays employees off when they can’t pay the wages—what a joke! They’ve owed pharmacies three or four months’ worth of goods. Even when the pharmacies request order cancellations, they still don’t promptly return the money; the pharmacies have to keep chasing them for payment before they’ll pay it back. It’s really unlucky to work for a company like this. If you don’t care about getting paid, you can come work here. I sincerely hope a company like this will stop recruiting new people to harm them, okay?
