Good work atmosphere and free snacks
1. The entire business model is very problematic.
2. The boss often just makes grand promises, but when it comes to actually putting them into practice, pushes the work onto the people below. The grand vision is probably global expansion; every country has been saying for years that they would enter the market. Yet by now, the company has not only gone through a major round of layoffs, but even the Taiwan market seems to be on the verge of collapse.
3. The salary discussed during the interview is one thing, but after joining the company, a different standard is applied.
4. There is no comprehensive training, so many new colleagues cannot keep up with the pace. Asking the boss may not produce any answers either, so you have to ask senior colleagues in other departments. They are not unwilling to help, but even though it has little to do with their own teams, they have to spend a lot of time training new hires. Reporting this to the boss also did not lead to any solution.
