Because of the pandemic, the interview was changed to an online format. The company’s projects seem quite diverse, and it has its own programming department developing new technologies. New employees are guided by senior colleagues after joining, rather than being thrown into the deep end unprepared, which I think is a good approach.

None for now. The downside of having the interview online is that you cannot see the actual work environment.
