Pros
You can leave work on time without any issues. The snacks are unlimited—eat as much as you like. That's it.
Cons
The boss is too self-centered and has very old-fashioned ideas, but won't communicate with you. If they take a dislike to you, they'll directly make trouble for you and nitpick your work.
