I applied for the front desk receptionist position.

One day, I received a call asking: How tall are you? Can you make coffee or other beverages?

I initially thought they might mean something like tea bags, but it turned out they were referring to a coffee machine that grinds beans, like the ones at Starbucks.

I answered that I couldn't, and the other person hung up without saying anything in particular!

I feel that this kind of telephone etiquette really needs improvement; it left me with a poor impression.
