The year-end bonus is always a phone raffle, and the maintenance engineers still think it’s great. Other benefits are practically nonexistent. They’ll also pressure you at work, saying they only need you to hold out for three months and that they’ll definitely hire someone to fill the position. After three months, if you bring it up, the CFO will angrily say, “Are you keeping track of time with me now?” When I resigned, they immediately hired two people. LOL.
