This is a company where privacy and monitoring are taken very seriously. There are surveillance cameras at the entrance to protect your safety, as well as cameras in the front and back of the office, with audio recording enabled. This further safeguards everyone’s workplace safety and allows their conversations to be monitored. The director and manager frequently come by to check on things, making it feel like a reassuring place to work. Meetings are very time-conscious, with a great deal of time spent elaborating on verbal descriptions. This makes you feel the company is very dedicated.
This company does not have its own interior renovation license or design license.
It relies entirely on employees’ licenses, and the employees who held licenses have already resigned. (Basically, this is an unlicensed construction company.)
1. Meetings are extremely long, and there is also a lot of verbal bullying. After a meeting, you may still be questioned about why the work is not finished yet. (The meeting itself already took three hours.)
2. The director frequently verbally bullies people, using expressions such as “salary thief.” Anyone considering working here should think twice.
3. The director purchased a Happiness Space advertisement and arranged a photoshoot, presenting himself as the most popular designer of 2021. In reality, the designs and construction supervision were carried out by employees below him.
4. There is no overtime pay. The director takes it for granted and believes this is something you should be doing.
5. Regarding leave and annual leave, the director will verbally bully you by asking why you want to take annual leave and similar questions, and ultimately refuse to let you take it.
6. Departing employees’ unused annual leave is withheld and is not converted into cash and paid to them, as if this were entirely reasonable.
7. If you want to design here: you cannot.
(The director does not draw the designs.) The people who could do it have already resigned.
8. If you want to come here to learn 3ds Max: you cannot.
(The director cannot use it either.) The people who could have taught it have already resigned.
9. The director and manager will assign you a pile of unreasonable odd jobs, then question why you cannot turn in your progress and ask whether you are a “salary thief.”
10. Everything written above is factual. Please do not join this company, and please tell others so that everyone can remind and help one another spread the word.
Thank you for your patience in reading about this company’s shortcomings.
