Allegedly,

The entire company is controlled by a certain senior executive who is not the owner. Under the guise of management, all they do is exploit employees, using threats to force people to obey and do as instructed. I heard that recently, because of the pandemic, the entire company was once again forced to take annual leave. Those who had not worked there long enough to have annual leave could take it in advance. The only exception was that certain senior executive, who did not have to go to the company or apply for leave, so it had no impact on them. Everyone in the company is extremely fed up with them.

Also, that senior executive is involved with a female employee under their supervision. The executive has a wife, and the employee has a husband. The boss knows about this but does not seem to intend to deal with it.
