Interview category: prepress imposition
The company is fairly large, with factories in China and Vietnam. They will ask whether you are able to travel overseas for work (you can return to Taiwan for 8 days off every three months).
It is a responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay.
During the interview, you will first be given two tests to complete: one on personality and personal traits (no time limit), and one on logical thinking (15-minute time limit). Together, they contain approximately 95 questions.
The interviewer was about 20 minutes late that day (the time started being counted after I finished both tests), saying there was an emergency to deal with… During the interview, you will be asked to introduce yourself and questions will cover your areas of expertise, weaknesses, whether you can accept an overseas assignment, and so on. After it ended, I waited another 10 minutes before another interviewer arrived. This person was in charge of the position and gave a more detailed explanation of the job responsibilities. They also discussed the salary structure with you (such as perfect-attendance bonuses, transportation allowances, meal subsidies, and so on—the usual package employers love to play around with…).
