The company benefits are pretty good.
The standard benefits required by the Labor Standards Act go without saying.
There are bonuses for the three major holidays (I’ve forgotten how much).
After completing one year, there is an annual bonus (performance bonus?).
As long as your performance isn’t too poor, there are opportunities for raises.
The company also gives young people quite a few opportunities.
If you’re committed to staying here, you can work your way up.
As for the environment, it depends on the department store location.
The Zhonghe headquarters has a nice environment and provides vegetarian meals.
9-hour workday, with a 1-hour break in between.
Other than some colleagues being too difficult to deal with, everything else is fine 😆😆
