The HR staff are friendly.
Cons
The work mainly revolves around project bids, and the boundaries between sales, office administration, and engineering are fairly vague. The products are numerous and varied. It is a technical sales role. The company has resources, but what it needs is someone who can contribute immediately; your experience will depend on your own efforts.
