No advantages whatsoever
An absolutely terrible design company—the worst I’ve ever worked for.
The pay is so low that it will make you question your life choices. One of my new colleagues was offered a salary of only 18,000......
On top of that, during the four-month probationary period, they won’t enroll you in labor insurance!!
When you first join, you also have to work for them for seven days for free (they call it a seven-day adjustment period, and you can only clock in after those seven days).
They also force employees to work overtime. If you leave work on time, the boss immediately sends you a text message asking why you’re leaving so early?
On holidays, they will also harass you in various ways to pressure you to come into the office and work overtime—and they don’t pay overtime.
They even dump entire projects on new employees and are completely unwilling to train anyone~
When you ask the boss a question, all they do is answer: “What do you think?!! You studied design!!!”
Most importantly, the boss also uses all kinds of remarks to mock and personally attack people~
In short, it’s a company so terrible that it has absolutely no advantages.
No wonder employees come and go, and no one stays for more than a year~
