(The overall impression and process were similar to those described by the previous reviewer.)

1. The reception staff were friendly and courteous, and the interviewer was also very polite. During the interview, the interviewer apologized several times for keeping the candidate waiting.

2. The interviewer was the Deputy PR Manager and explained the division of responsibilities very clearly. They were also candid about the reason the previous person in the position had left.

3. The salary calculation is the same as that described by the previous reviewer, so I will not elaborate. Having experience in a related field would be an advantage when negotiating salary.

4. When filling out the basic information, I was asked whether I was willing to work overtime. The interviewer said that overtime was rare, but could not guarantee that there would be none at all. If overtime is required, it is compensated in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.

5. They proactively stated that, if there were an opportunity to work together, they would notify me about a second interview within two weeks.

(The following are more personal impressions and are not necessarily shortcomings.)

1. The company is fairly large, so the division of responsibilities is very detailed. Overall, based on what I heard, the role is more administrative than marketing-oriented and involves quite a bit of cross-departmental communication, as well as routine tasks such as submitting forms and keeping records. This position may suit candidates who value attention to detail and are interested in the industry.

2. There are many in-house staff, but the office space does not appear to be very large, making the work environment feel even more crowded (the aisles are almost all one-way). However, the environment is very clean.
