I can't think of anything at the moment; at least the salary is always paid on time.
The following conditions have not changed in the past four years:
1. Senior management favors employees who flatter them; capable employees who get things done and dare to offer candid advice are pushed out.
2. Work is distributed unevenly, entirely according to supervisors' preferences. Newcomers and people who do not curry favor with supervisors usually do not get desirable assignments.
3. There are no company trips, and there are no bonuses for the three major festivals—only gift boxes. The year-end banquet venue is always the same (and the food is unpleasant).
4. The industry has no future and can only struggle along. The company is also too slow and indecisive in formulating strategies, and cannot even make a decent app.
5. The company is like a government agency internally, with too many slackers who fool around at work and wait for the end of the day. However, if you have connections, none of this matters.
