It seems there aren't any?
The interview process was very drawn out…
First, I had to fill out a company-provided résumé form, whose contents were extremely tedious (they even wanted to know who owns the house I currently live in?
After that, once the interviewer came in, they began a whole series of personal background questions. When that was over, I also had to take an intelligence test?
Finally, after completing the intelligence test, the interviewer asked a whole bunch of questions, some of which were repeated~
I constantly felt that she was wasting both our time. If she didn't want to have a conversation, she could have just let me leave…
Finally, I was asked to go home and create the two banners requiring computer-based work for the graphic design position~
The interviewer said that regardless of whether I was hired, they would notify me by the end of April, because I still had to interview with the supervisor (a second-round interview
However, I never received any response at all!! I guess it was probably because my requested salary was higher than other candidates'~
During the interview, I asked the interviewer whether the company's job opening had already been closed (because I wanted to look over the job description more carefully, but couldn't find it…
The interviewer said they close job postings on Saturdays and Sundays and reopen them starting Monday (me: ???? Isn't that a hassle?
