The salary is okay.
There are many things that HR doesn’t mention. They say the company doesn’t require overtime, but it actually operates under a duty-based system.
They say working hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., but it’s actually a shift system. The shift system would be fine on its own, but it’s also a duty-based system.
There is no lunch break.
There is no overtime pay; instead, you get compensatory time off, but whether you can actually take it is uncertain.
You have to work shifts on holidays; they are not necessarily days off just because they are public holidays—it depends on the department.
Average working hours can reach 11–12 hours.
It’s best to have experience; once you join, you’ll immediately be thrown into battle.
