3. The dream is beautiful and the promises are huge. Take care of yourself.
1. The boss doesn’t understand technology, yet wants to control everything. They directly bypass several middle managers to give orders to employees—so why have managers at all?
2. The boss schedules the work day by day, and everyone follows the schedule, but can squeeze two to three days’ worth of development into 0.5 to 1 day. If it isn’t finished, it’s the employee’s fault. Truly impressive.
3. The boss thinks technology isn’t difficult and that development can be completed very quickly. But don’t new technologies require time to master?
4. Whether on weekdays or holidays, LINE keeps ringing nonstop. There are tons of group chats, with one created for every project. Isn’t it exhausting?
5. Some conscientious colleagues even reply when the boss sends messages in the middle of the night. They really have it tough.
