There were typos (在 and 再). I have a tendency to pursue perfection, so I decided to repost my review. Thank you.
1. The interview was not stressful at all; just write whatever you like (as the interviewer said themselves).
2. The interviewers were very inexperienced. They did not guide the conversation or ask appropriate questions, only standardized questions that made the interview feel boring
(such as strengths and weaknesses).
After passing the initial interview, they sent an email saying that they would arrange a time for a second interview later.
Here is the problem:
After waiting two weeks, I emailed to ask whether the company had arranged a time for the second interview.
The response was that, because I had not replied at the time, they assumed that I was not interested in a second interview and said they had chosen another candidate.
Isn't that logic rather strange????????
The company had already said that it would arrange a time for a second interview; it was not asking whether I was interested in having one.
What was the applicant supposed to reply?
Of course, the applicant would wait for the company to arrange the time for the second interview, and then confirm with the applicant whether the time was suitable.
Overall, the company's interview process was rather odd. Those interested in this company should consider the situation carefully for themselves.
