Current status: latest news as of May 2021 (please update this in the future)
If you want to make money by selling yourself, you can come here.
The prerequisite is that you are sufficiently obsequious. As long as you cling to the boss, there is more than enough for you to eat well and live comfortably.
Because they stopped caring whether you are even a person long ago. They even include what you do after work in your evaluation.
Day shift: four days off per month, 27 working days, regular overtime (8+3 (1.34+1.67)), rest days (12+3, double pay for the whole day)
Perfect attendance bonus: 2,000
Everything else depends on your abilities.
Even being obedient does not necessarily get you a performance bonus (paid once every three months, provided that you are a regular employee).
If you are disobedient, you definitely will not get one.
New hires come in with an evaluation score of 78, which is considered normal (you usually will not get a bonus, so don't worry).
Monthly salary usually falls around (40K+, if you obediently work enough overtime).
This place is usually short-staffed.
The sample plant is preparing to become a mass-production plant (a new plant is already nearby).
Labor and health insurance are standard.
Salary is paid on the 10th of each month.
Overtime pay is paid on the 20th of each month.
Year-end bonus: two months' salary, plus a new year's bonus.
The departments are:
Quality assurance
Customer service (domestic and overseas)
Sales (domestic and overseas)
Manufacturing
Pre-production
CAM
You read that correctly: there are no process engineers.
Everyone's manufacturing capabilities are top-notch.
They can perfectly make what customers want without going through PCN.
It is a very magical place.
Now to describe the disadvantages.
1. There is no salary adjustment system. Your starting salary determines your pay for the rest of your life (after the two-month probation period, the maximum adjustment to your starting salary is only 2K).
2. The so-called probationary period violates the Labor Standards Act (even after the so-called two-month probation period, you still will not be a regular employee; you must go through an evaluation and sign the paperwork).
3. Regular overtime. If you do not work overtime, you get treated badly; this is where the evaluation score comes from.
4. No matter how good your work attitude is, it cannot compare with the boss's favorable impression.
5. There are no rules of the game to begin with, because orders change from day to day. Whenever someone casually thinks of something, they tell you to change it??
6. The quality-assurance workload is never-ending. The production line has no QC system, and whenever a problem appears, QA is blamed.
7. There is no quality-assurance system to speak of. Here, things can be released based solely on the boss's word.
8. Even if you work hard and solve problems caused by accidentally making a product incorrectly, what the boss sees is that you are idle and collecting a paycheck at the company.
9. The whole company belongs to him, yet he eats in the office while prohibiting his own employees from eating?
10. Lunch/dinner: the food is poor and the menu is worrying, but you still have to be picky (cockroaches and bugs have appeared in the soup and dishes).
11. Employees are not allowed to rest in the cafeteria. Even with partitions, eating is prohibited. So where are we supposed to eat? There are even more people smoking outside—would gathering together be better?
12. They even control where you go after work? Whose time is it after work? Does the government stipulate that a company can forcibly interfere in private matters? Do you have to work during company break time too? Does the Labor Standards Act require people to work during break time? Workers have no rights at all.
13. The company has many strange creatures: pit bulls? cheetahs? big ghosts and little ghosts? cabbages? If you come here, watch out for these things.
Finally, I have stepped down and take my bow.
I recommend coming only if you are short of money.
Talented people can actually find better places to go.
That's all~
