The office is clean and quiet, and all the expected benefits are provided, but for two of the three major holidays, the benefit is a gift.
The company makes power supplies and is already nearing the end of the road. It is currently trying to sell products it developed itself, hoping to transform into a consumer-focused company. However, many senior employees and relatives of the higher-ups are managers, making it completely unable to update itself or understand new ideas, and communication is extremely difficult.
Sometimes the people at the top seem to look down on you because you are young, thinking that you lack experience and knowledge, and telling you to read more books (although they really do buy books for you to read). It feels a bit like an older person nagging you, but there is indeed a genuine element of looking down on you.
The subsidiary is called Shan Jie Jia. If you want to apply, I advise you to level up your EQ and your ability to withstand being yelled at. You do not need to have many professional skills.
