Cons

The manager directly wrote an email in English asking about my availability for an interview and whether I had a TOEIC score. I replied that any time during the day would work (meaning I could accommodate their schedule), and that I had taken the IELTS before studying abroad, so I hadn’t prepared for the TOEIC. As a result, they immediately replied that they had decided not to proceed with the interview???? This really left me scratching my head~~~ Is IELTS considered less professional than TOEIC? And it was the manager arranging the interview? They have a bunch of job openings posted, so it’s probably a very problematic company anyway. It’s probably for the best that I didn’t get in~
