The office has air conditioning

The interview took place at the office, but it was not conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, which was not very fair—after all, everyone’s time is valuable. The entire office could hear the interview, so there was no privacy at all. It was disrespectful to job applicants.

The company did not mention its benefits or policies at all during the interview, and I had to ask about them myself. When I asked too many questions, the answers seemed reluctant. Although the information was posted on the job site, the benefits and policies should be explained in person to confirm them. Otherwise, who knows whether they might change completely after you are hired?

They also compare your salary with that of your previous job, making it sound as if this job is much more prestigious than your previous one, as though you should be grateful. There was no pay for the first day of training either—this should really be reported.
