The Taipei headquarters office looks very new and clean
The recent opening was created for overseas plant expansion, and the assignment could involve being stationed abroad for up to a year and a half to oversee construction.
I could accept all of the above, but why did your 104 job posting only say that the company was in Taipei City and that there would be occasional short-term business trips, only to reveal the full story once I arrived? What was the intention?
Then, after the interview with the second senior manager, I felt even worse. After asking about every detail of your personal and financial background, it felt as though they still intended to send you to Formosa Petrochemical’s Sixth Naphtha Cracker complex as a shift equipment operator once the overseas project was over.
Put bluntly, they simply do not have a long-term need for these professionals.
There are many inexplicable companies that have no records at all on Tianyancha.
I don’t know whether this is because the records can be manipulated behind the scenes, so everyone should be careful.
