Pros
Basically, not very happy.
Cons
The owner's wife is extremely nagging and controlling, as if she were my mother (even my mother doesn't control me that much), wasting work time. There is no overtime pay, and she will even clock you out in advance to pretend that labor laws haven't been violated. Think twice before applying; I quit before completing a month: $
