Workplace reviews and discussion: 上聯國際展覽有限公司

I think all the employees at the company are super easy to get along with. For example, Ajian and Lele are very helpful. When I first joined and wasn’t familiar with things, they would help me whenever there was something I didn’t understand. Also, whenever we hold exhibition events, everyone helps each other out—we’re super united!!

There are many situations requiring flexibility to deal with, so you have to manage people’s emotions. Also, there is no overtime pay for working overtime, only compensatory time off—but there’s no opportunity to take it.
