1. The colleagues are all quite easy to get along with, and we basically buy or order lunch together.
2. From time to time, there are drinks and snacks to enjoy.
3. There is an hour and a half for lunch and the lunch break.
4. Personally, I feel that the company does not promote an overtime culture. Employees are not required to arrive exactly at 9:00 a.m.; the schedule is somewhat flexible.
5. When I was laid off, the severance pay calculation showed that I received a little extra.
6. Although I was there for just over a month, I still feel that I learned a little about handling matters in the workplace. Thank you to the company for your guidance and care.
Personally, I don’t really consider the following to be disadvantages:
1. Although the hiring manager stated during the interview that the company was willing to train newcomers, unfortunately I was unable to meet the company’s expectations. It felt like the company still preferred people who could hit the ground running, so newcomers may want to think twice before applying.
2. Much of the work involves government projects, so the pace is rather fast.
3. If you apply for a position such as web graphic or design work, you may feel that your ideas and designs are heavily restricted after joining, since political overtones need to be avoided.
4. The supervisor is very strict with newcomers. If your progress or designs do not meet expectations, you should be prepared to be harshly criticized or sarcastically mocked XD
