Pros
The food at lunchtime is delicious, and meal costs are not deducted.
The R&D manager is a very nice person.
Cons
1. Violates the Labor Standards Act by underreporting salaries for highly paid employees; some make-up workdays are mandatory, and the company deducts annual leave.
2. Requires employees to handle many additional miscellaneous tasks.
3. A small-minded, scheming family business.
4. No clear systems or regulations.
5. Exploits loopholes to pay less in bonuses.
