Pros
The salary is paid promptly, with no opaque figures.
They don’t ask too many questions when you take leave.
Being late doesn’t seem to actually result in a pay deduction.
Cons
The owner’s wife is not very pleasant-tempered and speaks extremely loudly. She often talks to others in a scolding tone, which is unpleasant to hear.
Tasks must be completed as quickly as possible; otherwise, you will be questioned about them.
