Regular labor and health insurance and overtime pay are provided. If you have the patience to outsmart the old-timers, it can be a stable job.
I originally interviewed for the design department, but the boss said the engineering department was short-staffed and asked me to provide temporary support there first. In reality, the job was not at all what had been discussed in the interview. The old company has a deeply entrenched seniority-based culture, and some long-time employees openly tell newcomers that they are specifically there to take the blame. After the veteran employees push you out, they may even trick you by saying that you will first take unpaid leave, only to have you sign a voluntary resignation form.
In addition, there is no fixed timing or percentage for salary adjustments; the boss raises salaries only when he happens to think of it.
