The salary offer is very generous. During the interview, the boss kept talking about how good the employee who previously worked there for eight years was, and that they would offer her 50,000 to come back. He also said how good the woman who had only come in to work for one day the previous day was, and that they would offer her 50,000 to return. There is only one woman in the office, who had just started a month ago, so she was still not very familiar with the business. There were many phone calls, and the whole office felt somewhat chaotic. Throughout the interview, I repeatedly saw her being “scolded.” The boss’s wife is impatient and does not have much time to train you. The boss and his wife handle much of the business themselves. Because phone calls kept coming in during the interview, I had to sit there waiting for much of the second half. In the end, they told me they were looking for someone under 30 (so why did they ask me to come in?).
