1. Most colleagues are easy to get along with
2. Colleagues have harmonious relationships and often order afternoon tea together
3. It is relatively easy to take leave
4. If you are not short of money and just want to pass the time, you can come here; getting hired is extremely easy
1. The salary is too low: the base pay is low, bonuses are small, and they often find excuses to withhold bonuses
2. Group activities are often scheduled outside working hours, with no compensatory leave or overtime pay, and they still expect you to be grateful
3. They claim that participation in group activities is voluntary, but if you do not participate, points will be deducted from your performance evaluation
4. The Thursday book club is also advertised as voluntary, but if you do not attend, the boss will complain and even call out your name
5. The warehouse environment is dirty and chaotic. Every time I sell products to customers, I feel guilty
6. The so-called charitable donations mean taking money donated by employees, purchasing company products with it, and then donating them in the company’s name
7. The boss is extremely stingy yet vain and likes to pretend to be generous. During the New Year and other holidays, we even once received only “one piece of cake”: a cake from a gift box was divided up so that everyone got one small piece
8. Bonuses, birthday cash gifts, and holiday cash gifts are all company vouchers that can only be used to purchase company products; they are not real money
9. They promote themselves as a group, but in reality it is just a small company where each subsidiary has fewer than 30 employees; one subsidiary even has only two employees
10. They collect welfare fees from employees every month, but employees have no actual decision-making power
11. Although I understand that companies inevitably make empty promises to employees, they keep saying the company is improving, yet bonuses and salaries never increase. There are also frequent review meetings and all kinds of meaningless courses. I have never seen a company show such disrespect toward sales staff
