Willing to give newcomers opportunities

Senior colleagues are very nice and willing to answer questions

1. They really love holding meetings—regular meetings, review meetings, and so on. Sometimes there are 2–3 meetings a day, and the meetings are also very long. They also love assigning work right before the end of the workday, which leads to overtime every day. There may even be pressure to work overtime on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. 2. They really love adding new procedures to the existing workflow. As a result, something that could originally be handled simply ends up requiring several times more work. Things are very inefficient, and then senior managers complain about why the work is being done so inefficiently. LOL.

3. The managers of certain departments and senior managers often have conflicting opinions, leaving lower-level teams at a loss as to how to proceed.

4. If you want to go there for the experience and challenge, you can, provided you can handle the enormous workload and the pressure of having work assigned right before the end of the workday, followed by being told that it is urgent and must be completed.
