There are lots of cockroaches at the desk to keep you company at work
Cons
After completing one year, you get three days of annual leave
You will often have to visit construction sites (please think twice if you cannot accept this)
Don’t expect a year-end bonus or year-end party
There has never been a salary adjustment
Beware: the boss has a bad temper
