The computers in the southern office are in terrible condition, and the supervisor does not want to have them repaired.

There are only three people in the southern office. The supervisor and her assistant are good friends.

The two of them even steal subordinates’ sales achievements and claim them as their own, then criticize the sales staff for going out without generating any results.

When confronted, they falsely accused a subordinate of damaging her motorcycle. When asked to provide evidence or report it to the police, they did neither.

A sales employee witnessed traffic accidents twice while out in the field and acted as a witness to assist the police both times.

Upon returning to the company, the supervisor yelled at the employee, “What the hell does it have to do with you?” She would even pick up the sales employee’s motorcycle keys and throw them outside.

After being reported to the labor bureau and labor inspection office, the supervisor told the company that this sales employee would file reports and therefore would later pose a threat to their personal safety.

She asked the company to fire the sales employee. The logic was completely absurd.

The boss is also very incompetent. He only wants to make money and does not want to deal with problems. In the end, he closed the southern branch under the pretext of downsizing.
