A certain Vice President Shi loves bullying subordinates and throwing his authority around.

He causes trouble at the slightest opportunity, and every sales representative is subjected to his daily mental harassment.

If he takes a dislike to you, he will pressure you until you resign. He orders you to visit Company A, and when you return, you have to report to him.

Then he will berate you: Company A does not even have any business volume, and you do not even know how to analyze customers.

In 2017, the salary was only the basic base pay. After labor and health insurance and welfare fund deductions, only NT$20,069 remained.

There were no allowances of any kind.

Sales representatives already had a very hard time working outside in the sun and rain and facing difficulties from clients or competitors.

Then they had to be bullied by Vice President Shi when they returned to the company. It was pitiful.

As a result, many sales representatives at other companies had left this place to work there, and every one of them had nothing but bad reviews.

It is basically a company in the tourism industry that specializes in training employees for its competitors, who then leave and compete against it.
