Even though you applied for a sales position, she keeps you confined for an entire month, allowing you only to look through materials. If you go out, you're in trouble.
Even if you go to a competitor to pose as a mystery shopper and check prices—and this is also something the supervisor requires—
if the supervisor doesn't like you, she tells you to get lost.
