Driving out to visit clients, when away from the supervisor.

Although it is clearly a small Japanese company, externally it claims to be the original manufacturer (American-owned).

The supervisor has bipolar disorder. A middle-aged person with no ability, working at this small Japanese company while indulging in the fantasy that he is a supervisor at a foreign company.

He uses verbal abuse toward subordinates.

When driving on the highway, if you do not answer the phone because you are about to exit and have pulled over to return the call, the supervisor will berate you mercilessly.

He thinks you should have answered his call immediately, but when you call him, he snaps at you, “Don’t you know I’m driving?” How would anyone know?

During working hours, all the sales staff who are allowed to go out are out, while the supervisor goes to supervise construction at the new house he bought.

When a customer sent a fax, a subordinate happened to be downstairs at 7-Eleven withdrawing money and was immediately verbally abused.

The supervisor also says that this is the company’s game rules and culture, and that he was treated the same way in the past.

Therefore, everyone who goes to work there has to be bullied in the workplace.
