Pros
1. A lot of annual leave: 15–20 days
2. The supervisor takes female employees out for meals
3. A paradise for female employees; you can slack off at work
Cons
1. The supervisor uses surveillance cameras to check whether employees are slacking off
2. The work environment is very noisy, with noise levels above 80 decibels
3. Internal employees scheme against one another and report minor issues to the supervisor
4. Layoffs are often carried out without notice
5. Meetings are often scheduled just before the end of the workday, delaying employees’ departure
