Cons
During the interview, they said the starting salary upon joining would be NT$27,000. I don’t know whether there will be an annual performance review and salary adjustment (they said senior management is currently revising the system).
On weekdays, you have to work overtime until midnight.
You also have to work overtime on Saturdays.
With this arrangement, the salary would be at most NT$35,000.
It gives you an extremely bad feeling in every way imaginable.
