On 4/18, I confirmed through 104 that the interview for the front-of-house position was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. There were quite a lot of customers on-site even though it was not mealtime (I waited for nearly 30 minutes). Later, a female employee said that they were too busy to conduct the interview, collected my résumé, and said they would schedule another appointment. However, they never responded when I contacted them through 104 afterward, and the job posting has since been closed.

Disadvantage: Wasted the job seeker’s time. If there was no time to conduct the interview, they should not have sent an interview invitation. Their failure to read or respond, closing the job posting without notifying me, and overall attitude left a poor impression.
