About six months ago, they suddenly called me during my vacation for an interview. I vaguely remember them being very good at making grand promises, and many of the things they talked about sounded quite unreasonable. They also kept complaining about their own employees... After discussing a full-time position, they ultimately asked the applicant to first work as an intern. Even after I declined, they continued pressuring me. I can only say that newcomers must be extremely careful.
