What may be an advantage to others, but I personally don't care for.
1. One-dollar drink machines.
2. Employee trips.
3. There are lots of internal company activities.
1. Externally, the company hopes to project an energetic image like a startup, but in reality, management's mindset is very traditional.
2. Professional opinions don't matter; competitors' strategies are automatically considered good, and everything has to be done the same way as them!
3. Pushing work onto others and taking credit are extremely common.
4. The internal data is somewhat disorganized. Sometimes figures in reports are even incorrect and no one notices; as long as you get through the meeting, that's all that matters.
5. Even when a task is clearly assigned by upper management, submitting a request still requires bringing along cookies and drinks. Even then, the request may still be made difficult, making it hard to get things done.
6. Although the company is ostensibly an e-commerce business, many things still have to be submitted on paper.
7. Many employees can't be criticized when they do a poor job; if you point it out, they'll get furious.
8. Internal policies keep changing.
9. The boss often contacts you on weekends.
10. If you aren't too opinionated and just want a place to coast until retirement, you might consider coming here.
11. Because upper management dislikes Microsoft, the company refuses to use it, which makes document processing rather inconvenient.
